I jsut FTPed everything up to my site and it went without a hitch. I know I
was confused by Phormation, but didn't think all that much of it. I screwed up
with some of the updated. I think those are all straightened out. I may have
missed some. I should probably check.
Anyway, to actually answer your question, I'm not really sure why so many
people are encountering problems. I didn't find Phorm all that hard to install
and I've been able to use it without too many problems - considering that I
knew nothing about PHP when I started out.
