I just want to say.. phorm rocks! 
This is exactly what I needed. It took a minute to figure it out but once I 
read all of the documentation and followed the examples it was a cinch and it 
works like a charm. If you register you can have all the phorm links removed 
right on your ack pages etc. right? 

Anyway just want to say thanks for phorm and thanks for the support. Patrick 
rocks!
