thanks for fast response.

here's my code:

THIS WORKS:
$PHORM_MYVARS = "order_date=curDATE, fsobqty=FSOBQTY,
fsobpmqty=FSOB_PRODMAINTQTY, ialaqty=IALAQTY, qgenqty=QGENQTY,
totalorder=TOTAL_ORDER, email=PHORM_FROM, fname=FNAME, lname=LNAME";

THIS DOESNT WORK:(variable with 2's are the billing address)

$PHORM_MYVARS = "order_date=curDATE, fsobqty=FSOBQTY, fsobprc=FSOBPRICE,
fsobver=FSOB_VALUE, fsobtot=FSOB_TOTAL_AMT, fsobpmqty=FSOB_PRODMAINTQTY,
fsobpmprc=FSOB_PRODMAINTPRICE, fsobpmver=FSOBPRODMAINT_VALUE,
fsobpmtot=FSOBPRODMAINT_TOTAL_AMT, ialaqty=IALAQTY, ialaprc=IALAPRICE,
ialaver=IALA_VALUE, ialatot=IALA_TOTAL_AMT, qgenqty=QGENQTY,
qgenprc=QGENPRICE, qgenver=QGEN_VALUE, qgentot=QGEN_TOTAL_AMT,
totalorder=TOTAL_ORDER, delivery=DELIVERY, freefsob=FSOBFREE3,
email=PHORM_FROM, fname=FNAME, lname=LNAME, co=CO, pos=POS, tel=TEL, fax=FAX,
add=ADD, city=CITY, state=STATE, zip=ZIP, country=COUNTRY, fname2=FNAME2,
fname2=LNAME2, co2=CO2, pos2=POS2, tel2=TEL2, fax2=FAX2, add2=ADD2,
city2=CITY2, state2=STATE2, zip2=ZIP2, country2=COUNTRY2";

And also, is it possible to use one cell in mysql table to store more than one
variable coming from a form? so i can reduce the columns of my table. like for
example: in address column, i will store also the city,state,zip & country.
