In your documentation that came with your download, there is a section called 
"Data Valadation". In it is shown how to validate input data, including how to 
make a field required using the REQ criterion. Simply make all your fields 
required.

Chip away, by all means. However, there is a free plug-in download available 
that allows you to use HTML formating on your mail.
