Or are they related to something else in the Phorm execution, if so, can you please include the errors. Just check that the rules file is in the same directory as the config file, along with the error files, and that you aren't redirecting to the error form after execution. To check this, look at the URL when you are on the error page, and if it is not /xyz/phorm.php then there is something not right. Will need a little more information to identify the problem as nothing really sticks out yet.
