I apologize for not answering this sooner, I have been swamped with work, and 
have not had much time to devote to Phorm. 

To answer your question: you need to either use data validation and require 
one or more fields on your form, or simply set up a form-specific 
configuration file and remove the $PHORM_RCONFIG setting in your phormconfig 
file. 

Data validation is covered in the main documentation. Setting up a 
form-specific config file is covered in the quickstart document under 
"Multiple Forms".
