I been using Phorm for about a year and it works great but now when you click the submit button I get Errors: 090 - There has been an error, and your information has not been sent. Alerts: 121 - Mail function failed on user email for template ./email1.txt. 140 - Mail function failed on sending alerts. I didn't make any changes to the files. I using netfirms for my web server and they said it's a problem with the script.
