MESSAGE: (#3143) Phorm through a firewall

I have phorm working fine with the exception of one website user. Every time
they submit a form they receive the phorm_err.html page.

I figured out that their Norton Internet Security firewall is the problem. The
only way I was able to process forms on their machine was to disable the
firewall. Lowering the security settings (fewer rules) didn't work. I had to
shut down the service.

Usually Norton will ask for permission first before it blocks packets but not
this time. It just kills the outgoing packet.

If I were to set up SSL would this help? Any suggestions?
