MESSAGE: (#1986) $PHORM_ACK not allowing .php?

Hi,

Been using this wonderful program for some time now, and not had any problems
until now.

The $PHORM_ACK template I want to use is a .php file with several php
functions within it (such as includes etc)

However, upon submitting the form, the template only shows the $PHORM_ACK as
html, so all PHP functions within the script are rendered useless, and are
actually visible as plain text when I view the source! The only PHP parts that
work are the {{fields}} - any other PHP functions are ignored.

Is there something I am missing?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
