MESSAGE: (#4029) Fill Two Forms with One

Is there anyway for me to create a form that when the user submits it fills
out the fields of another form somewhere else on the web?

For example, the user is registering for my community and the registration
form is also used to fill out a form on an affiliate's site. I don't have any
control over the second form.

Thanks in advance.
