My issue:
I am receiving the follow error message via email:

090 - There has been an error, and your information has not been sent.
Internal Alerts:
48 - No ack template or re-direct specified, and $HTTP_REFERER is empty.
Visitor received "302 Found" status message.

I have set the HTTP_REFERER and ack template. It seems that each time I
receive this error email the REMOTE_ADDR is 208.249.92.135.
Could this mean someone is using my form to send spam? If yes, how can I
prevent this beyond setting the HTTP_REFERER?
