In the email I sent out yesterday morning, I expressed my concern that we had
not contacted Deirdre with our next steps - having heard from some of you
yesterday, I emailed her last night to share with her what I had listed in my
email to you all - she will be attending our executive meeting Thursday at
6:00.

Hi Execs!
So I believe the next item of business is the notice to Deirdre. Several
have weighed in on this, affirming their wish that she be given notice of
current status immediately. We were still waiting to hear from the others
pending the listserv set up. So now it is set up.

Note one more thing about the new mailing list. The subject line starts
with Phoenixchorale Exec. But please remember when writing, the actual
address is phoenixchoraleex@xxxxxxxxxxxxx

One more thing -- please remember when posting that your "FROM" address has
to be the one you normally use. Anything else gets rejected. Anna has TWO
addresses on our sc and ex lists because she wants to be able to post from
either one. I can do that for anybody else if they wish. But I have to do
it. The list is closed to new subscribers -- obviously we don't want
anybody to be able to subscribe, unlike the general phoenixchorale list,
which anybody with a computer and a friendly 10-year old can subscribe to!
