The Board:
I am considering my options. I will not be sending my written resignation to
the president, as is required by the by-laws, so until further notice (or a
contrary decision by the membership) I am still a member of the board and the
organization's treasurer. The board has no say in this matter. The
responsibility is mine or the member's. This is not a matter of
"interpretation" of the bylaws. In this respect they are written unambiguously
clearly.
