Here are my changes to the AD JD. While there are a number of comments,
I have actually suggested only a few small changes to what Linda wrote.
1. Substitute "appropriate" for "practice tapes or other" (1)
2. Remove "annually" (3)
3. Substitue "Select appropriate" for "Choose" (4)
4. Make it clear who set's David's salary (5)
5. Remove "acknowledging an underlying spirituality that comes in a
non-denominational form." (15)
Note that I am OK with (2) as it stands, so long as it is clear that
having the "titles" in advance for all practical purposes means having
the sheet music, since titles can be downloaded and sheet music printed
in very short order. If that is NOT what Deirdre is saying (I found her
comments to be confusing, to say the least -- see my note) then I would
require further clarification.
