Hi all,
This has been simmering in my mind for a bit and Ellie’s email to Anna
brought it to a boil. I would like to make the salary for our AD $600 a month
- $7200 a year instead of the $500 a month - $6000 a year we are proposing.
We are asking our AD to do 5 concerts of varying degrees also, consider what
is involved in our fund-raising concerts - they are more, much more involved
and complicated than regular concerts.
One final point - it makes a statement about our faith in and commitment to
our AD and PC.
Anyway, please don’t respond right away - think about it.
