Company Event (Family Day) 2010
Dear Colleageus,
Proudly we announce that our company will organized Plant Wide Event at Palm
Spring Golf & Beach Resort with objective :
1. Organized the Company Event-Family centralized & joint organized by Mgt
and Union.
2. Delivered to our customer demands by meeting our target output.
This event will be perform and spitted into 4 (four) Session, refer to our
shift pattern with total participant estimated 4300ppts :
Shift D + N : 11 December 2010 (launching)
Shift C : 15 December 2010
Shift B : 10 January 2011
Shift A : 15 January 2011
Duration of Event 7hrs (08.00am up to 04.00pm) with program overview : Welcome
Dance, Music Performance, Beach Games, Lucky Draw & Souvenir/Token etc.
On behalf of working committee we would like to invite all IFBT employees
with family to come and joint the event.
Transport is provided from company to the event venue (vice versa) and
invitation card will be distributed thru Dept. clerks ASAP.
