A nominal candidate for the WinPMail v4.73 interim release can now be
found
here:

I say "nominal" because I'm still waiting to hear back from Michael
and Lukas as
to whether they want updated builds of their modules in this release,
but
WinPMail and its support files have been updated.
I do not recommend putting this build into network production, simply
because I
haven't been able to do more than cursory testing on OpenSSL 1.0.2n: I
see no
reason at all why it shouldn't work, but until I hear from a few of
you that there
are no problems, I won't be recommending large-scale deployment.
