[pedevel] R1A2 Pe build

Who normally does the official Pe builds? We could use a fresh Pe
build for R1A2, perhaps rolling the Pe revision? The build for R1A1
was from r593, there's only been 4 changes since then but can't hurt
to get those into a freshened build. There's also a couple of bug
reported for Pe, perhaps they are easy fixes and just need some
attention?
