[pedevel] Pe 2.4.1

Hi folks,
I have just put the new Pe release 2.4.1 on BeBits.
It incorporates all changes that we had talked about recently (i.e. the BeIDE
icon is only shown if BeIDE is installed and the context lines / chars can
now be changed via the preferences dialog).
Stippi: I have used haiku's mimeset to build Pe, so the binary should include
haiku's vector icon as an attribute. Please check it out and tell me if
there's still something wrong on haiku.
Francois: if you think it's worth it to publish a version for Zeta, please
build it and send it to me (I have no Zeta installed, so I can't do that
myself).
