[pedevel] BEOS:FILE_TYPES

Hi,

does anyone know how a flattened message ('MSGG' BEOS:FILE_TYPES) would 
look as a C structure?

BEOS:APP_VERSION, BEOS:APP_FLAGS and BEOS:APP_SIG is already rez-ified. So 
we could get rid of the binary pe.types.rsrc
