Maybe. It depends on what version you have.

I have several diagnostic CDs that work just fine with Windows, and
DOS Box works as well.
Most laptop drives are easy to replace (2-4 screws), but some are
embedded deep in the case and difficult to even find. Most large
makers publish more than adequate service manuals, and Google will
find a tear-down of many popular machines.
