[PCWorks] How do you save needed Cookies in Chrome and delete the bad ones?

Could anyone tell me please just how you're supposed to 
automatically get rid of all of the useless tracking bad 
Cookies in Chrome, yet SAVE the ones you need for site 
settings, login data, etc.?
