Hi Troth, no I dont have that. I do not have zone alarm Pro.

Hey Christy... it would be right on top, next to PROGRAMS (not the left
where it says PROGRAM CONTROL). Near the HELP button. It was there right in
Mike's screenshot:

You don't have that?

Christy, few things here. In ZA, under the PROGRAM CONTROL section, you should not only be looking at the PROGRAMS tab, but also look at the COMPONENTS tab. Anything in there that is not being given permission? Anything with the red X, check to see if maybe that's associated with OE.
Next... if you still haven't gotten it, and you are ABSOLUTELY SURE its
ZA,
then you can take this next MORE DRASTIC measure. You can sort of start
all
over again. What I mean by that is... just remove everything in the
PROGRAMS
tab and see if that fixes it. Close OE first, then remove everything in
the
PROGRAMS tab, then start OE again, and let it ask for permission again. If
that doesn't work, close OE again, and now delete everything in the
COMPONENTS tab. Start OE and hope for the best.
Yes... a little more drastic. But, you won't have to reinstall the entire ZA program. Only bad thing about this method, of course, is that (A)- you need to rebuild your entire outgoing/incoming permissions (which, to people like me, it doesn't bother me), and (B)- if that doesn't solve the problem, then you reset the permissions but you still have to figure out the other settings. That, of course, is fixable as well, as you can set things back to default.

Can someone tell me how to fix my zone alarm so outlook express can get through, it is blocking my email. I put all green checks beside where it says outlook express under programs on zone alarm
