Do not use the Express Option on the new site.  Use the other option and you 
get a list of what is being downloaded and the opportunity not to download 
something also.

 I am see there is a new version of Windows update web site..They now ask do
you want to download Windows update WITHOUT listing WHAT? Is this  a
download to list what's available at the windows site or is it for the the
new SP2 ?  I don't to download anything until I know?
