ok, opened with word pad, and yes I forgot you had told me to do that 
before, ok so what am I looking for now?

Assignments are supposed to make you feel that way.  If they don't, then
you're not being challenged enough and should sign up for MUCH harder
classes next semester.      lol

Right click on the file and select "Open With" from the menu.  Select
WordPad from the next window.  Be sure that the "Always use ..." box is NOT
checked or you'll lose the ability to open them up easily in your browser.
