Thanks Troth and Hank,

I already have that viewer but did not think to do that.  I actually was
thinking along the lines of what Hank said changing width and heighth but do
not recall seeing that mentioned in my image src="name of pic.jpg" file.  So
I could not see what the width and height was.  I can reduce it using
infran.  But if it is going to be a link, then that wont work?  Just
curious.

automatically in the HTML file by indicating the width and height in the IMG
tag... however, that's not recommended, Cristy, because your visitors are
still downloading the original larger size of the image which takes longer.
Plus... your browser does a horrible job at redrawing a reduced image.
