Hi Cristy,
It means the Norton has moved it to it's Quarantine file

Right click on the Norton icon in your Tasbar and open NAV
click on the Quarantine folder and single click on the virus infected file

I belive the delete command is under options, or it may be in the tool bar=
 of NAV
