If you mean me... I use Frontpage. I used to make the sites manually using Notepad. But, it came to a point where I have more than one site, and due to time restraints and the amount of content I'd like to have, FP (or any other WYSIWYG editor) was a good option. I chose FP over the other editors because, to me, FP has a familiar interface. But... remember... its not really the editor you use to make the site. You still have to "create" the site with the look and feel you like. The editor is just a tool. And, of course, although nowadays it doesn't matter, knowing HTML is a big help when you have the little things that you just can't tweak perfectly. I always recommend to at least do some online tutorials on basic HTML. You'd be amazed at how easy it is and how much that knowledge really makes everything fall into place.
