With Yahoo, MSN, and almost positive with ICQ and AIM... if you try to sign off
and on continuously too many times (I don't know the number exactly) it will
block you for like 10 minutes. This is just to prevent abuse. So, if your Yahoo
account is not working, just wait awhile.
Also... keep in mind, the free version may not have the updated Yahoo patch,
which is what we were talking about before. You may not be able to log into
Yahoo at the moment. Pro has the patch, but not sure on the free one. Gonna
check again, although last time I checked it looked like a no.

ALSO... even though its not the Yahoo patch, there is definitely at least one
patch you need to download and install. So you should check that now.

ok, did all that and found odd things so am downloading it again to see if I
can figure out why it is rejecting my yahoo password OR is the issue you all
were talking about? and can I fix it if I don't have pro? I just spent four
hours getting my fathers puter updated LOL
He had 8 critical updates and I asked him why he didn't let them load and he
said he was busy when it said something. UGH
So I got that all up to date and just on a hunch checked his Norton and he
had not updated that since June when I put it on there so that took forever
so am a little burned out and I gotta tech tonight LOL

But, using the info below, add me to your list and I will put you on mine.
And, I will try to get you there so we can through it. If you install before
talking to me, make sure you completely remove all previous traces of
Trillian. If you're using XP, its in two locations...
