Someone is sending email to that group that contains Arabic characters. OE
cannot read those characters without the supporting language pack installed.
However, the effort to install it will be fruitless unless you can read
Arabic.

I always answer NO to that question. Sometimes, a post will then reveal
itself to be mostly in English. Those times, you WILL be able to read it
even after saying No to the language pack request. If it doesn't allow me
to read the post, then there's no English characters in it and, therefore,
nothing that I would have been able to read anyway. lol

There's a control somewhere to turn off those requests, but I con't know
offhand exactly where it is. If I come across it, I'll let you know.

Peace,
Gman
