Earthlink has Spamblocker. If you set it one the highest protection, 
suspect email blocking, it works very well. You either have to go into 
webmail and check the suspected spam folder or enter addresses you want 
to receive mail from into the address book. I go into the suspected 
folder and check the emails I want to receive and select move to inbox 
and add sender to address book. This is the easy way to add people you 
want into your address book. If you haven't used webmail here's the sign

I'm using Firefox and I don't know how to make the link clickable..
Anyway, after you sign in click on spamblocker and choose Suspect Email 
Blocking — Highest Protection
