They both have income & outgoing control. The one plus I like in outpost is
it's really, very configurable as to assigning rules about outgoing/incomeing
stuff.

does anyone know if the free zone alarm, or the free outpost watch for outgoing
transmissions?
or is it incoming! I recall that zone alarm free, at least - used to only watch
for them going one way.
