On my HP I had to uninstall HP Center first, then do the mop up.  It may
vary on each model, but there is one program that it is bound to somewhere.
 It usually is tied to their "support" type program or their "help"
program.  If the program it rides with isn't uninstalled, the registry will
continue to issue calls for it.
