There is Animation Shop from Corel that used to come with Paint Shop Pro 
when it belonged to Jasc.  Nowadays its a stand alone and costs $39.  There 
was a time you could get it separate from PSP and free... take a look here

I´m not sure this will work with Powwer Point, though!
