To be fair, I have to mention that this survey should read: "... about 24% of RESPONDENTS had problems with the service pack, ..." Not everyone who sees the question will take the time to answer it (meaning the real number may be a bit higher), while folks without issues are less likely to even be visiting PC Pitstop in the first place (possibly reducing the actual figure by a relatively large amount).
