TT are true type fonts, the O fonts are also true type fonts (not sure why
the symbol is "O" instead) and I also have "A" symbol in red -- these are
system fonts and most of the are not proportional spaced (like courier,
modern, etc. but MS Sans Serif is in there.... )

If you look at "details" view you will see that the "A" fonts are .fon files
while the others are all .ttf files.
Again, not quite sure what this means, but you can delete any of them -- 
however I would leave the standard, like Arial, Times new Roman, MS Sans
Serif, MS Serif, Courier, Fixedsys, Small Fonts, Terminal (most of the ones
in Red!!)  These are ones that you see on most computers....
