That indeed is the problem. Looking on the forums out there, it seems a lot
of people were bit by this. On Dell systems, people are being asked for CD
2, but the problem is that no one has a "CD 2" cause Dell never gave it.
The customer has all the disks that came with the computer, nicely packed
with the CD case that it came with. But, unfortunately, no CD 2.

As far as I know, MCE is the only retail edition of XP that has a second CD,
but it's odd that an OEM version installation would ask you for it. I take
it the customer doesn't have the original disks that came with the system?
Putting that in might satisfy the requirements of this window you're dealing
with.
