Reboot in Safe Mode and flush the Temp files.  These are located in
C:\Documents and Settings\%yourusername%\Local Settings\Temp.  Then 
reboot again to Normal Mode.

The Local Settings folder is a hidden folder so you may have to change 
your view properties to see it.
