For 1GB of Virtual Memory, you should set it to MIN and MAX of 1024MB. But, if
you have 1GB of RAM, set it to 150% of your physical RAM. There's no hard rule,
and no true right and wrong. Its just recommended... not required. 150% (or
1.5x) of 1GB is 1500 MB.

HOW do you update the size of virtual memory?? if you want 1 GB what numbers
do you use? Currently it's set at 1532. I have 1 gb memory.

Right-click My Computer, then Properties.
Click the Advanced tab, then Performance/Settings button, then Advanced
tab, then Virtual Memory Change button.
