Perhaps his Dad has a program to do that in case someone fiddles with the
computer.  My suggestion is turn the monitor upside down.  Sorry I can't
be of any more help.

Hi Guys
 
Just had a frantic phone call from a teenager after he had fiddled with
dads
(who is not home) new computer and the screen background and all the
icons
are UPSIDE Down.
 
He restarted it to no avail.
 
Any Ideas!!!!!!!!!
