Upside Down is a joke sort of thing, like a prank. I had it before I
reinstalled my os, I think you get out of it by the escape key. I used to use
it to freak out the guy who helps me with my computer stuff, when he saw it he
was like "WHAT did you DO???" :o)

  Hi Guys

Just had a frantic phone call from a teenager after he had fiddled with dads
(who is not home) new computer and the screen background and all the icons
  are UPSIDE Down.

He restarted it to no avail.

  Any Ideas!!!!!!!!!

  Keith
