Linda, I followed the SFC directions to the tee. It asked for the name of the file to be replaced (windows\system\msvcp60.dll) next step where was the file to use as a replacement (download\dll). Everything looked good but the computer's notice said: could not find file be certain the path was correct. The file is definitely in the download\dll folder.
