I am pretty sure nothing got installed. I do know pretty much how AOL works (had it a longgg time ) and when they do install something you get a message. It does appear to be a windows screen. I have seen it before when I have accidently hit a control or shift something. It will appear and you click it and it goes off and you dont see it again. If you can tell me how to do a screen capture I will do it and send it.
