I use outlook express 6.0. 
If you use that, it is in OE under tools/accounts/mail/servers tab

I have XP amd you can put whatever you want in the space that shows who you
are for public view on a list..all mine says is my nickname.. I never use my
full name in a sig..I figure that's my business if I want to communicate
with someone privately or they to me and we get to know each other a bit and
want more info THEN we exchange..

Dont know about xp but with my win 98se thats all you have to do...i would
