What version of Juno are you running? In my Version 4,
files deleted are moved to the "Deleted Items" folder but
if that folder is dumped, then the files are gone the same
as any other files on a computer and can be retrieved only
by special means and with very poor results. If you are
using your computer right now, then you are probably
writing new data over the deleted files and making them
almost impossible to recover.
