Cristy - you could call cox and ask them to go over your settings with you - my
cable company is very good about those sort of  phone calls. Tell them the
problem - and see what they say.

Hi Troth,

I think I only have one. but under tools account, there is my pop.east cox
account and four directory services or something that I did not put there.
I do want to have other email accounts on there in a few weeks for my family
but have not done that yet.  I have another computer through a dial up
service with an email account but would not think that could do anything.
Sometimes I get three of the same posts and am now getting some email back
that I already read and deleted.
