Hi Beverly,
I fished this out of PCTechTalk's bounced messages folder. It seems to
be more than just my addresses that are not properly delivering your posts.
I checked your status at Freelists and there's nothing showing as being
wrong there. I will also mention that you are not the only one having this
issue and that there seems to be nothing specific in these bounce reports
that ties everyone with the problem together. So, it'll require a call to
your ISP to get answers as to why it's happening to your email. :0(

In the meantime, you can use the following link to upload screenshots.
What you'll find there is the interface for a server that's running on my
hard drive, so anything you upload will be placed directly on my hard drive.

What I really need to see is anything that shows a problem. The error
that tells you that Firefox is already running when it's not, Explorer
locations where you can see QT files that refused to go away when you
uninstalled that program, the location where you copied all of the Firefox
files and didn't receive the warning I expected you to receive (this one is
very important).

As I mentioned before, I have tried to do two Remote Assistance sessions
a while back and couldn't get the connection established. I suspect
Firewall issues, but it's impossible to troubleshoot without actually making
the connection. Still, I would like to try it with your system. If I can
connect to your system, I should be able to eliminate most of the problems
in a relatively short amount of time. If you agree and would like to give
this a try, just let me know.

Peace,
G
