PDF XChange Viewer is freeware. All PDF docs. come to me via this program,
which works well as a viewer, but beyond that it is very difficult, at least
for me.
I attach the long form, I was trying to complete, using the typewriter tool.
If you have the time, yes, I would be grateful to see how you get on,
completing perhaps just the Date of Birth boxes on page 1. Sorry I don't
know how to attach just part of the form
