I have gone around and around on this thing with Open Office password to the 
point I don't know where I am at anymore.  Just dizzier than usual!  I am 
going to let that rest for a few day now and start over.  Besides I seem to 
have a bigger problem with Norton live update right at the moment.
Thanks for your help.  Will let you know if I ever get it right!

I have receive replies (confirmations) from Open Office (
