Actually that must be the size of a blank .wab file because mine is also 173
KB and I have never opened OE to the best of my knowledge. If I did run OE
by accident, I would have closed it immediately.

Gman,
When I found the .wab file before and went to my OE address book and clicked
on import and selected the wab file, it told me it imported successfully but
still I do not see any contacts. If there were no contacts, the .wab file
would not have been the size of 173 kb would it?
